Karin Pitt, CFA
Karin offers a well rounded, intelligent and truly unique perspective. Her kindness and approachability make her leadership unmatched.
Karin, with over 20 years of experience as a corporate flight attendant, has a unique background that blends hospitality and wellness with aviation. Her journey began with studies in Hotel Restaurant Management at UMASS and Hotel Consult in Switzerland, unexpectedly laying the foundation for her aviation career.
Driven by her interests in health and wellness, Karin pursued additional certifications. She became a licensed sports massage therapist and a certified yoga instructor. Her passion for aviation extended to becoming a licensed private pilot. As a former catering business owner, she now shares her love of food ideas for easy button meals as a private flight attendant through her Instagram account @flighttastings.
As a lifelong learner, Karin’s curiosity didn’t wane during her time as a flight attendant. Attending a conference on Satellite communications, she recognized the value of this niche expertise at 43,000 feet and obtained her Aero-IT certification.
Karin attributes her success not only to her eclectic background but also to the incredible mentors, colleagues, and leaders who generously shared knowledge and collaborated with her. She remains committed to paying it forward through her work with @flighttastings and soon through Elevate Retreat.
Jamie Gibson, Flightess

Jamie Gibson, the founder of Flightess, brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to business aviation. Jamie’s career has been marked by excellence and trust. An alumna of the mymuybueno Superyacht Chef Culinary School in Mallorca, Spain, and the British Butler Institute in London, she possesses a unique blend of culinary and luxury hospitality training.
In 2019, Jamie created the world’s largest online community of corporate flight attendants and pioneered the first and most successful corporate flight attendant mentorship program, boasting over 200 alumni. Trained in Forbes Five-Star hospitality standards, she has vast experience in building inflight department teams and operations from the ground up. Her commitment to excellence earned her a place in NBAA’s 40 Under 40, recognizing her as a leader and innovator in business aviation.
Jamie’s achievements include successfully training and placing over 54 corporate flight attendants in both P91 and P135 positions through Flightess’s staffing division. Her leadership and vision have transformed the corporate flight attendant industry, making Flightess a beacon of professional development and industry standards.
With a passion for safety and service, Jamie ensures that every Flightess-trained attendant embodies the highest standards of professionalism, organization, efficiency, and hospitality, creating seamless and secure inflight experiences.
