Elevate is proud to introduce Madison Papp!

Madison Papp is a Culinary Director and Corporate Flight Attendant with over twelve years of comprehensive food, beverage, and hospitality experience. Born in New York City, she began her career at New York University, taking culinary courses and working in food media. Madison later became a private chef for estates and corporations in New York, New Mexico, and California.

Her role has since expanded, and as a culinary director, she guides day-to-day culinary operations, planning, and logistics for private estates, corporations, and aviation. As a corporate flight attendant, Madison brings her culinary expertise to the skies, executing fine dining and casual meals for a global clientele.

Madison will be leading our culinary workshop on Day One. This workshop will focus on a practical inflight menu in real time and within actual galley limits. We will incorporate basic onboard cooking techniques that can be used in a variety of inflight dining experiences.
